cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: as a courtesy if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Trinity Massage within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to comply will result in the full payment of your service and possible refusal of service for future visits. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY: Trinity does not service minors age 12 and under. All minors ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the massage. The parent or guardian must sign a parental consent form before their child can receive any services.
